I am not sure if the lot is subdividable. Also, I do not know if there are Rental Restrictions or not. I put yes, but I will check with planning and zoning to make sure. THE ELECTRIC FENCE FOR THE HORSES DOES NOT REMAIN WITH THE PROPERTY AND WILL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO CLOSING.
