Excellent location!! Its open for business and ready for new owners. Replaced several appliances: 2 new coolers, freezer, deep fryer, grill, walk in cooler. New HVAC (on the roof) other unit is about 1 year old New table tops freshly painted He has been reopened for about two months, at peak times folks are standing in line waiting for someone to get up. The new owner refurbished, replaced some equipment, hired new folks and got it up and running. The best way to see it is to go by while they are open and eat breakfast/lunch. Or by appointment after 4pm.
